Lisa Ferraro resides at ITHACA HOUSE full time in the role of Head-of-Household. She helps manage house and grounds, leads weekly member meetings, helps members access house and community resources, and organizes member activities and responsibilities. Outside of her important role at ITHACA HOUSE, Lisa is self-employed as a recovery coach. She assists women in meeting their life goals and to maintain sobriety. She is a Certified Chemical Dependency Specialist, a Certified Co-Occurring Disorders Specialist, and a Certified Sober Living Manager with the Sober Living Network. Lisa is currently working toward obtaining her CAADAC certification. She has 9 years of sobriety and over 6 years experience working in the addiction and treatment field.

Roxanne Cooperstone is a Certified Addiction Treatment Councilor (C.A.T.C.) and is studying to become a clinical social worker at Antioch University, Los Angeles. Roxanne is an expert in local area community resources and serves ITHACA HOUSE as Membership Director and a valued addiction industry consultant. She provides intake assessment services for all ITHACA HOUSE members and offers an invaluable link to all that the Los Angeles community provides. From outpatient treatment program referrals to employment, legal, and educational resources available in Los Angeles County, Roxanne is knowledgeable and informed.

Teresa Fuller, sober since 1988, is the Founder of ITHACA HOUSE and Housing Options for Women, LLC.  At ITHACA HOUSE, Teresa provides leadership to staff as well as house members, participates in weekly ITHACA HOUSE rituals and traditions, and manages all ITHACA HOUSE property operations and administration.  Teresa considers maintaining and communicating the ITHACA HOUSE culture of recovery-enthusiasm, self-responsibility, independence and personal growth her mission and passion.  Her goal is to open two additional ITHACA HOUSE properties each year.  Teresa holds a masters degree from USC’s Annenberg School of Communications and attended USC’s MBA program at the Marshall School of Business in Entrepreneurial Studies.  She is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
